I don't really care about the UI, as I tend to pick out some music, put the player in my pocket, and listen to the music. I am buying the player to play the music I already own. In response to all these reviewers, I don't really care about subscribing to some software store, as I already own 124 gig of music. How does the web browser work? What can you do with it? How easy it is to connect to your home wireless network? Can you synch or stream music from your home PC? What is the quality of reception of the HD radio? I have yet to find one that told me other than the bare essentials that you can read in an ad on Best Buy or Amazon. Even if a generous 50 of all Mac users wanted a Zune that only accounts for a miniscule part of the market. Apple market share is only around 7 anyway. However, as with most Microsoft products, the Zune installer will check to see if your Windows Updates are enabled and then continue installing. But I really wonder if there are a lot of Mac users who are tired of the iPod and wanting to jump ship to the Zune. I must add that I have been scouring the Internet for days to find a comprehensive, and not superficial review. Microsoft’s Zune software is a very good media player and the latest 4.0 update really adds some nice features. When installing, it gave a message to the effect 'Video Configuration not Supported'. Everything seems to work EXCEPT video in Movies will not display. There's also a firmware upgrade for the device. I installed the ZUNE Software under Windows XP in Parallels on my MacBook running Tiger. NET and numerous Windows updates, necessary to run the software.

But, to be prepared, I downloaded this software. I'll have my HD as soon as UPS delivers it. Zune 2.0 Is a Quality Product: Pound for Pound, Id say the Zune80 is a better product than the iPod Classic.
